Minions
Minions are here. Open the shop with /minions.
Place a minion on your island, give it a tool (better tools don't make better minions, so don't waste your diamonds), then link a chest so it has somewhere to dump resources. Upgrade minions for more speed.
Right now there's Farmer (harvests crops) and Lumberjack (chops wood). More types planned.
